Enquiries and communication

If you contact us through the website form, by email or by telephone, we process the name, contact details, company details and message content you provide to answer you and prepare an offer. Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in the secure website administration and are also sent to our office by email.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in keeping evidence of communication and protecting legal claims (Article 6(1)(f)). The form record in the website administration is automatically deleted 12 months after submission. Related email communication is normally deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication if no cooperation starts, unless an unresolved matter or legal claim requires longer retention.

Website operation and server logs

When the website is displayed, the server technically processes the IP address, request time, requested address, HTTP status, browser or device information, and the referring page if the browser provides it. This is necessary to deliver the website, protect it against misuse, diagnose errors and maintain availability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Blueboard.cz s. r. o. provides hosting and acts as our processor. Its current processing terms state that customer website data is processed within the European Union. Technical logs are kept only for as long as required by the provider's operational and security settings. If a log extract is needed to investigate an incident or protect a legal claim, we keep it only until that purpose has been resolved or the applicable limitation period ends.

Browser storage and cookies

The consent record is necessary to remember and respect your decision. Analytics cookies are created only after you select “Allow analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not restrict the website.

We record consent on the device as the choice, timestamp and policy version; it is not linked to your name. You may change the choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal is as easy as granting consent and removes the website's Analytics cookies.

Optional external services

Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to measure page views, approximate area, device and browser type, traffic source and selected interactions such as clicks on telephone, email, enquiry, directions, map or language switch. We use the aggregate results to identify technical issues and improve the website. We do not send your name, email address, telephone number or message content to Analytics. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.).

Google Ireland Limited is the service provider and recipient. We set the lifetime of the Analytics cookies above to 180 days and the retention of user-level and event-level data in GA4 to two months. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

International data transfers

Google uses a global infrastructure and data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Google relies, as applicable, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Map, directions and social links

The embedded Google map is not loaded automatically. It connects to Google only after you select “Show map”; Google may then receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The directions, Facebook and LinkedIn links open the selected external service only after you follow the link. The external provider's own privacy terms then apply.

Your rights and choices

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw your analytics consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.

Analytics is entirely optional. Contact information is required only if you want us to answer your enquiry. We do not use website data for automated individual decision-making or profiling and we do not sell personal data.
