Accounting and tax records

We provide bookkeeping and Czech tax records for companies and sole traders, prepare the required reports and take care of related administration.

Czech tax advisory

We prepare tax returns, advise on Czech tax obligations and can represent clients in communication with the Czech tax authorities. We also advise on selected international taxation matters.

Payroll administration

We process payroll, mandatory contributions and employee records, including registrations and communication with Czech social security and health insurance institutions.

Online cooperation

Documents can be exchanged electronically, making cooperation possible regardless of distance. We work in the Pohoda accounting system and can review documents exported from other systems when needed.

Accounting processes

We help set up document exchange and related accounting procedures so that your regular administration remains clear and efficient.

These are starting prices for a standard scope of work. The final price depends on the number of documents, processing frequency, number of employees and the complexity of your accounting and tax obligations.

All prices exclude VAT. We will prepare an exact quotation after a short review of your requirements.

Exceptional and one-off work is charged separately. For payroll, this includes employee onboarding and offboarding, enforcement orders, insolvency cases, annual tax reconciliation and other non-standard tasks.

Tax consultation in English: CZK 2,500 per hour, excluding VAT.

Who are your services for?

Can you take over existing accounts?

Yes. We first review the current state of the accounts, required documents and the intended handover date. We then agree on the process and price.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. Documents can be exchanged electronically and consultations can take place by telephone or online. Personal meetings are also possible at our office in Úvaly near Prague.
