We process payroll, mandatory contributions and employee records, including registrations and communication with Czech social security and health insurance institutions.
Documents can be exchanged electronically, making cooperation possible regardless of distance. We work in the Pohoda accounting system and can review documents exported from other systems when needed.
We help set up document exchange and related accounting procedures so that your regular administration remains clear and efficient.

These are starting prices for a standard scope of work. The final price depends on the number of documents, processing frequency, number of employees and the complexity of your accounting and tax obligations.

Exceptional and one-off work is charged separately. For payroll, this includes employee onboarding and offboarding, enforcement orders, insolvency cases, annual tax reconciliation and other non-standard tasks.
Tax consultation in English: CZK 2,500 per hour, excluding VAT.

Yes. We first review the current state of the accounts, required documents and the intended handover date. We then agree on the process and price.
Yes. Documents can be exchanged electronically and consultations can take place by telephone or online. Personal meetings are also possible at our office in Úvaly near Prague.
